Departments reimagined
See it applied.
Theory is cheap. Architecture should produce something you can run.
Each laboratory below takes one real department and runs the same method against it: the job as inherited, where the workday actually goes, what gets delegated and to what, and the human role that gets recomposed on the other side. Nothing here is a slide about the future — it is the method, run against a function, in public.
Three laboratories
People
DraftInherited jobs decomposed. Work allocated across human, Ai, system, hybrid, and external capacity. Human work recomposed. Roles redesigned.

In preparationSame discipline. Different work. Different capacity. Different architecture.
View laboratory →Same method. Different answers.
The nine questions do not change from one laboratory to the next. The answers do — because the work is different, the capacity available is different, and the architecture that results is different. A method that produced the same answer everywhere would not be a method; it would be a template.
Where this comes from
The nine-question structure every laboratory runs is set out in Practice. Why Human Workday exists to run it at all is in Why Human Workday.
